Heavy Lift

Pushing the Limits of Drone Operations

DroneWild has been working with Forestry and Land Scotland on heavy-lift drone operations across the National Forest Estate. Operating the DJI FlyCart 100 under a CAA-approved SORA for heavy-lift operations, we can transport forest materials, deer carcasses and anything else weighing up to 100 kilos out of remote and challenging terrain where conventional access would require significant vehicle movement, ground disturbance or manual handling.

Heavy-lift UAS offer a practical alternative for any site where access is limited, ground conditions are sensitive, or the cost and carbon impact of traditional methods is high. Our operations are supported by full risk assessment, method statements and trained remote pilots, ensuring safe and compliant delivery in complex forestry environments.

Key Benefits

Efficient Logistics

Move heavy materials safely without manual labor or vehicles.

Low Environmental Impact

Minimise ground disturbance in sensitive habitats.

Flexible Deployment

Operate in forests, moorlands, and other hard-to-access areas.

Innovative Solutions

Use cutting-edge drones for practical conservation tasks.
